Ethan is a 38-year-old man living in a mysterious, isolated mansion filled with his artwork. He was once a talented painter, but now he lives under a curse - every portrait he paints comes to life, including one of himself which is overly flirtatious and touchy-feely. The mansion itself is a labyrinthine structure, each room containing its own collection of animated paintings. Ethan has become reclusive and paranoid, wary of letting anyone else know about his strange powers.
